Frequently Asked Questions

Does POP Table sell its products outside of the EU?

Sadly we are currently limited to shipping within the EU, and that is where we are concentrating our sales. However, if you are outside of the EU, please contact us for an inquiry. In certain circumstances we may be able to send a POP Table your way, depending on shipping possibilities.

What is POP Table’s shipping policy?

Our shipping rates vary based on where you are and what you want. Information on product shipping rates is provided on our webstore's product "shipping" tab.Customers in Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland are also responsible for paying customs and other related fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you as to how much those fees might be. PostNord and UPS are our couriers. Please be advised that if your order is returned to us for non-deliverability, we will invoice you for the cost to re-dispatch the item to you. You can track your order via PostNord or UPS once it is shipped.

Does POP Table accept returns?

Because most POP Table products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns, except in cases where we have made a mistake with your order, or it was damaged in transit. Read our full return policy from Terms & Conditions or under our webstore's product-specific "shipping" tab.

Does POP Table accept special orders, for example for table sizes, colors or materials that are not listed for sale on

If you’re after a custom size that isn’t offered in our webstore, that’s no problem. Please contact us and we can talk about custom-sizing and offer you a quote. If you’re looking for a different color, shape, or material please feel free to contact us with your special inquiry. We can’t promise that we’ll be able to make all of your POP Table dreams come true, but we’d certainly like to try. If we can reasonably make it for you, we’ll do so!

Are the colors on the website true to life? Can I order a sample of the different colors and finishes?

We spent countless hours in front of our laptops making sure that the colors on the website are as true to life as possible, and we think we did a pretty darn good job. Please consult our photo gallery for the most real-life-est photos we have. If you still have questions, shoot us an email.

Who designs POP Table’s legs?

Sadly, although we think we’ve got a pretty stellar sense of aesthetics, we can’t take credit for the leg designs. The table legs that we sell are designed by some brilliant lads in Germany. You can check out them out the Sinus designers at L&Z and the Tick designer at Jakob Schenk.

Can I buy a POP Table tabletop without legs, or vice versa?

We think our POP Tables and designer legs go better together, but you are more than welcome to order the tabletop on its own. Unfortunately we don’t sell the legs separately. However, if you are purchasing, or have purchased, a POP Table from us, and would like to order additional legs, we are happy to accommodate you. Please contact us by phone or email. Also, if you’d like to order more than one POP tabletop, we are more than happy to make that happen. Just send us an email or give us a call.

Where are POP Tables manufactured?

What is the best way to clean my POP Table?

Don’t like that lived-in, finger-printed look? No worries! We’ve got cleaning tips for you. Check them out here.

How many people can sit comfortably at a POP Table?

The number of people who can fit comfortably at your POP Table depends of course on your chair-size and your idea of comfortable seating, but we have created a seating-guide based on a chair width of 45cm. Check it out here. Of course you can always double these numbers if you put two people in each chair. We think it’s difficult to eat or work that way, but we won’t judge you if that’s what you’re into.

Is my POP Table really secure if I don’t screw on the top?

If you’ve ordered the Tick legs, then your POP Table tabletop is super snug inside the legs. The Tick was designed specifically so that the legs clamp on—no need for additional attachment tools, and no worries! See exactly how it works here. The Sinus trestle was also designed with the idea that a tabletop doesn’t need to be permanently attached to the legs. This is one reason why we love the Sinus trestle because, as you know, our concept is all about flipping your POP Table so that you can use both sides. However, we know that some of you might use your tables in places where you need them to be a bit sturdier. For example, if you have young kids, or you walk around blind-folded a lot, etc. For those reasons, when you order the Sinus legs for your POP Table, we will provide you with rubber tabs and suction cups along with instructions on how to use them. If you need more security for your table, we recommend that you use either the rubber tabs (they make the top less slippery, but won’t pass the toddler-test), or the suction cups (these make the whole structure pretty darn sound). Of course, if you want to be super sure that your top is going to stay put, you can always screw it on. We offer you all of these options and leave it to you to make the safest choice for your table environment.

Can I really flip my POP Table to use both sides?

But of course you can! Flipping is what POP Table is all about. If you use the Tick legs, or if you use the rubber tab or suction cup attachments for the Sinus legs, your table remains totally flippable. However, if your POP Table is in an environment where extra caution is required, and you therefore need to screw your POP Table to your Sinus legs, it might not look so pretty to flip it over later with the screw holes showing. However, we are gonna leave that up to you. After all, flower pots and paper-weights can hide all measure of blemishes.
