1. OUR DETAILS
This POP Table Webstore (“Webstore”) is the official online shopping channel for POP Table, under the operation of Pop Furniture Company Oy (“Pop Furniture”).

These Webstore terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the purchase of goods via the Webstore located at address www.poptable.fi between Pop Furniture and the Customer. These terms and conditions also apply to orders made via telephone.

2. ORDERING FROM THE WEBSTORE
The Webstore is available for customers residing in the EU, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland. Please see information in Section 3 regarding the Customer’s responsibility for customs fees and other expenses for shipments outside of the EU.
Only adult consumers (18 years or older) (“Customer”) may use the Webstore to purchase goods.
The Customer must provide all mandatory information in connection with each order to ensure that the order can be delivered to the Customer. All orders require a functioning email address, as the order confirmation will be provided to the Customer solely via email. The information provided by the Customer must be correct. The Customer shall be liable for the correctness of the information provided and inform Pop Furniture of any changes to the said information.
The Customer may correct her information anytime before making an order. During the process of ordering we will inform the Customer of other correction options. The Customer may also end the process of ordering anytime by closing the browser window.
3. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices on the website are stated in Euros, including 24% VAT. The Customer’s total sales price will also include the applicable shipping price based on the Customer’s location and order (the order total does not include customs fees for shipments outside of the EU). Prices apply at the time of purchase. Occasionally, a product may be sold out at the time of purchase. If so, we will inform the Customer as soon as possible. Dispatch times are estimates.
Pop Furniture reserves the right to adjust the prices of its goods.
Pop Furniture shall strive to ensure but shall not guarantee that the prices indicated in the Webstore are correct. In the event that the price information provided in the Webstore is clearly erroneous and the Customer should have noticed that the said information is erroneous (e.g. the price is remarkably low when compared to the actual price or the general price level), Pop Furniture shall not be obligated to sell the goods at the erroneous price.
If the goods are delivered outside the European Union, the Customer shall be liable for any customs and related fees.
The Customer acknowledges that customs practices may vary between countries. The Customer must contact the customs officials of her country of residence in order to receive further information on the customs fees and other practices employed by the Customer’s country of residence. In the event that the delivery of goods to the Customer requires customs clearance in the country of delivery, the Customer shall be liable for all fees incurred for such customs clearance. The Customer acknowledges that if the delivery of the goods is delayed from the estimated delivery date provided by Pop Furniture due to customs clearance, such delay shall not be considered to arise from Pop Furniture’s actions and Pop Furniture shall thereby not be held liable for the delay.

When the Customer places an order through the Webstore, the Customer agrees to enter into a contract with us. Once the Customer’s order has been received, we will send an email confirming the Customer’s order, which is an automatic acknowledgement that we have received the Customer’s order. Please note that the Customer’s offer to purchase these items is not legally accepted until we send the Customer an order confirmation by email. As soon as the Customer’s order is dispatched from POP Table the Customer will receive an additional notice by email stating time of dispatch. We recommend that the Customer print and keep all correspondence from us relating to the Customer’s order.
5. PARCEL DELIVERY
Our shipping fees are as follows:
Finland: LOW: 29 Euros (incl. VAT 24%), HIGH: 59 Euros (incl. VAT 24%)
EU, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland: 39 Euros (incl. VAT 24%) for LOW tables, 69 Euros (incl. VAT 24%) for HIGH tables (plus any applicable customs fees for shipments outside of the EU).
From the point at which POP Table accepts the Customer’s order, the Customer’s parcel is packed and dispatched from our manufacturing site in Kolho, Finland. Parcels are sent through UPS and will be delivered to the address the Customer provides during checkout.
UPS will make three attempts to deliver the Customer’s package to the Customer’s home address, at which point the package(s) will be returned to us.
Once the Customer’s package(s) has shipped, the Customer will receive a tracking number via email. We suggest that the Customer provide an address where someone is available to receive the package based on the estimated delivery time displayed through the tracking system. Although we charge a flat rate for shipping, if the Customer’s package is returned to us due to non-deliverability, and must be re-dispatched to the Customer, Pop Furniture will invoice the Customer for the shipping cost to re-dispatch the item (charged at our usual rate of 29, 39, 59 or 69 Euros depending on destination country and the size of the table). Please make every effort to track the Customer’s package through the UPS system and make arrangements for the Customer’s package to be delivered successfully. Pop Furniture shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in delivery that arise from the Customer’s actions, such as the Customer providing erroneous contact information, neglecting to inform Pop Furniture of changes to the Customer’s contact information, being absent at the agreed-upon delivery date and remaining out of contact.

All prices shown on the website include 24% VAT. Applicable shipping fees are reflected in the final order total. Receipt of payment is not an acceptance of the Customer’s order, and we reserve the right to refund the Customer’s payment.
The Customer shall pay the goods and their shipping costs at the end of the order process. The order shall proceed to the handling and delivery stages after the Customer’s payment is approved.
The Customer may use Pay Pal, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Debit MasterCard or Finnish online banking services to pay for their order.
Card payments are made via a payment form provided by Nets Ltd (Luottokunta) that uses Secure Server Software (SSL) encryption technology. Pop Furniture does not have access to the Customer’s card data, nor will any data concerning the card be stored in Pop Furniture’s systems. The Pop Furniture’s Webstore utilises international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services in order to verify the identity of the card holder. Pop Furniture reserves the right to reject the Customer’s order if the card payment cannot be verified.
6.1 Payment by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
In the event that the Customer wishes to pay for their order by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Pop Furniture shall only be considered as the marketer of the goods and services in addition to delivering the ordered goods to the Customer. The Customer is requested to please direct any claims to Paytrail Oyj.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.

6.2 Online banking services (Finland only)
The Customer may pay for their order by using the following Finnish online banking services: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Handelsbanken, Aktia, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
Pop Furniture uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that all information sent over the internet in connection with a purchase is secure and encrypted. Neither Pop Furniture nor others have the opportunity to see the Customer’s information.
When the Customer is asked to register the Customer’s payment information, credit card number, validity date, etc. the Customer enters the “secure area”. In the secure area information is encrypted. The card is controlled for validity and as soon as an approval of the credit card is in place the Customer will receive an automatic receipt.
8. RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED
POP Table’s goods are made by custom-order to the Customer’s exact specifications. Therefore, in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, and the EU Distance Selling Directive 2011/83/EU, which precludes consumers from returning personalized or custom-made products, Pop Furniture does not accept returns. In the event that the Customer’s order is incorrectly made due to our error, or damaged in transit, we will happily exchange the erroneous item for an item that matches the Customer’s specifications. Notwithstanding this policy, if the Customer is dissatisfied with the product for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible via email at email@example.com and we will try to find a solution.
9. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
According to the Finnish Sale of Goods Act the Customer has a right of complaint within a reasonable time from the day the Customer receives the goods purchased from www.poptable.fi. The Customer must inspect the delivery immediately after having received it to ensure that the delivery contains all goods ordered by the Customer and that the goods are not deficient.
Should the Customer notice any deficiencies in the delivered goods or if the order is otherwise erroneous, the Customer must notify Pop Furniture’s customer services thereof immediately, but at the latest within fourteen (14) days of receiving the delivery. After receiving the deficient goods, Pop Furniture shall provide the Customer with replacement goods or compensate the Customer for the price of the deficient goods by paying the said price to the Customer’s bank account.
If the Customer has opted for their order to be delivered to the address they have indicated, the Customer should inspect the condition of the delivery upon receiving it while the carrier’s representative is present. In the event that the package is damaged during transportation and if the ordered goods are also damaged, the Customer must request that the carrier’s representative file a notification of claim. After the said notification is filed, the Customer shall be obligated to contact Pop Furniture’s customer services to agree upon the delivery of replacing goods.
If the Customer’s claim is justified, we will also refund the Customer’s documented shipping costs when the Customer returns the goods. If the Customer wishes to make a claim according to the Customer’s right of complaint, contact us at:

10. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATA PROTECTION
POP Table respects the privacy of its customers.
Any personal data and other information concerning the Customer received through the Webstore shall only be used for Pop Furniture’s internal purposes. Data may, however, be disclosed to Pop Furniture’s affiliates in order to e.g. process payments and orders or to deliver goods. In such cases, the data disclosed by Pop Furniture to its appropriate affiliate shall comprise only such data as is necessary for carrying out the task at hand.
Pop Furniture will not convey any personal data or other information concerning the Customer to third parties for any other purposes than for handling and delivering orders. Pop Furniture shall not sell, distribute or rent out the said data to third parties.
Pop Furniture shall, however, be entitled to disclose personal data and other information concerning the Customer to authorities if the Customer engages in criminal activity.
10.1 Google Analytics
All content provided on this website, including pictures, text, graphics, logos and software is the property of Pop Furniture or its partners and is protected by international copyright and database right laws. The Customer may not extract data using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools from www.poptable.fi without prior written consent from Pop Furniture.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Pop Furniture shall not be liable for any defects in its goods, delays in deliveries or other breaches of agreement that are attributable to causes beyond Pop Furniture’s reasonable control (force majeure), including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, labor disputes, war, acts or interventions by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, or communications equipment, or network failure, congestion, or malfunction. Pop Furniture shall, however, continue to strive to provide the best service to the Customer as it possibly can.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Customer acknowledges that Pop Furniture shall not be held liable for the security of any information sent or received by the Customer via the Webstore or for any information that fails to be sent or received. The Customer releases Pop Furniture from all such liability. Furthermore, Pop Furniture also cannot guarantee that the Webstore, the web servers maintaining the Webstore or the electronic bulletins sent by Pop Furniture do not contain viruses or other malware.
Pop Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect damages, unless such damages arise from Pop Furniture ‘s wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
In all cases, Pop Furniture ‘s liability shall be limited to the liability set out in applicable mandatory law.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Webstore and these Terms shall be construed and governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict of laws rules. POP Furniture and any complaining party shall strive to resolve all disputes primarily through negotiations. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached through negotiation, the disputes shall be resolved by the Helsinki District Court (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) in Finland.
